    I love how candidly you h ave written all of your posts. This one in particular really speaks to where I am currently. I know I eat the wrong things at all the wrong times. Mostly due to boredom, but also stress/emotional eating can creep in. You have articulated very well the simple steps to the necessary awareness needed which often escapes us. I will definitely be putting this type of mindfulness to practice. Thank you for being bold in sharing. Being raw and real. It is more beautiful than any idea of perfection we think we should be.
